Old gems turned into modern properties with prime location

Felicity Estates is not like any other real estate agency on Costa del Sol. We have a mother company, Lean Real Estate Development S.L., who’s mission is to convert old gems in prime locations into modern apartments with an international appeal.

This activity has been going on for three years now and several properties have already been sold to happy clients. At the moment we have two apartments of our own for sale. Both completely refurbished, a work that has been 100% lead by our staff, and with a first line beach location with amazing sea views.
