The Felicity team is growing!

Felicity Estates, which began with just two company founders, has doubled its size this year and now consists of four dedicated sales professionals, each with their own area of expertise. Our newest team member is Małgorzata Segda from Kraków, who will focus primarily on supporting our Polish clients. Today, we’re excited to introduce her to you!

With a strong background in communications and a passion for people, Małgorzata brings a unique perspective to the Felicity Estates team.

Can you tell us a the most important things about your career:

I have over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, and I’ve always believed that good relationships are at the heart of every successful project. For more than a decade, I ran my own Artistic Agency, working with talented artists, including the renowned Polish pianist Leszek Możdżer, with whom I collaborated for five years. Over the years, I’ve organized events, business meetings, and promotional campaigns, helping companies, organizations, and individuals build a positive and authentic image. I also spent several years as a Public Relations Manager at one of Poland’s largest NGOs. I’m passionate about connecting people, telling stories that inspire trust, and creating communication that truly resonates.

What attracted you to Felicity Estates and the real estate industry?

I was drawn to Felicity Estates because I felt that it shares my values ; authenticity, trust, and a people-first approach. After years in marketing and PR, I wanted to apply my communication skills in a more personal way, helping clients find homes and new beginnings on the Costa del Sol. I feel that Felicity, which has been bringing happiness to people for many years, will bring it to me too!

You are from Krakow, but now you live on the Costa del Sol, what brought you here?

I’m originally from Kraków, but when my son grew up and became more independent, I decided it was time for a new chapter. My partner is Spanish and works remotely, so moving to the Costa del Sol felt like a natural step; a chance to combine a wonderful lifestyle with new professional opportunities in real estate. And I love it so far!

What do you consider to be your best qualities as a real estate agent?

My best qualities as a real estate agent are communication, empathy, and enthusiasm. I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and understanding their needs, every client has a story, and I love being part of it. I’m not someone who likes to sit in an office all day; I prefer being out, connecting with people, discovering new places, and finding the right match between clients and homes seems to be perfect for me. Especially here on the Costa del Sol, that personal contact makes every day inspiring.

What are your interests outside work?

Outside of work, I love staying active. I’ve been practicing Pilates and yoga regularly for the past ten years. I also enjoy walking and hiking, especially exploring new trails around the coast and mountains. In my free evenings, I love spending time with friends, but I also appreciate quiet moments at home with a good movie or book.      

Do you have a favourite place on the Costa del Sol that you would like to share?

I’m still exploring the Costa del Sol, but one place that left a big impression on me is Nerja. I spent a lovely holiday there a few years ago. I loved its peaceful beaches, charming white villages nearby, and the relaxed Andalusian vibe that makes it feel truly special.
