Together, Ann-Charlotte and Carin have 36 years in the real estate business. We are Swedish but have lived abroad for a total of 26 years, of which 22 years in Spain. We know how it works here. We know the geographical areas well. We have the contacts that you need. We have kids in school, we play paddle, dive, do trekking, participate in the local social life and associations, run a company, we have travelled around Spain and can help you with most of the questions you might have. We have a broad knowledge of the Spanish buying and selling process and how the country and its authorities work in general. We are Spanish speaking and are well integrated in the Spanish society.
