It has been a bit quiet here on our blog during the last weeks over Christmas and New Years. It definitely doesn´t mean that we haven´t been working. Although we also took some time to celebrate the holidays with our families. At the same time we kept in contact with our clients, both old and new ones. We have done several new listings that you can find on our web page and we have also closed some deals!
Last year was a very special year within real estate on Costa del Sol. What many people might think would be a year with less sales due to restrictions and travel limitations, turned out to be the complete opposite. The demand has been big and the acitivity in general, very promising.
This new year, 2022, has started in the same spirit, with many inquiries, viewings and programmed visits for the near future. And off course a few sales. We have a feeling that this year will be a year when even more people decide to follow their dreams and buy a place in the sun.
